This Cookie Policy explains how Titan Blinds & Flooring (a trading name of Cosmo Nova Ltd) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are used to make websites work – for example to keep you signed in and remember what is in your basket.
The cookies we use
We use only essential cookies. These are needed for the website to work and do not require your consent under UK law. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
tb_basket | Remembers the items in your basket. | 60 days | This website |
tb_user | Keeps you signed in to your account. Only set when you sign in. | Until you close your browser, or 30 days if you choose “Keep me signed in” | This website |
tb_placed | Lets the browser that placed an order see its confirmation page and invoice. | 2 hours | This website |
tb_visit | Remembers a home-visit request while you enter the email code. | 30 minutes | This website |
tb_admin, tb_adev | Staff sign-in and “remember this device” for the admin area only. | Up to 30 days | This website |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Set by Stripe on our checkout page to help prevent fraud when you pay by card. | Up to 1 year / 30 minutes | Stripe |
We also remember in your browser’s local storage whether you have closed or answered our newsletter invitation, so we don’t show it again. This never leaves your device.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of our website – including your basket, checkout and sign-in – will not work. For instructions, visit aboutcookies.org or your browser’s help pages.
Changes to this policy
If we start using other types of cookies (for example, to measure website visits), we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
